Im gonna be honest with you guys!  Its been difficult diving back into the work load I put aside when I ventured down to the OBX this past week but I am SUPER excited to finally share a little peak into my time at the beautiful Historic Cedar Hill with Amanda and her fiance, Mark!   Amanda loved the Historic Cedar Hill and she knew she wanted to have their session there, which I was more than happy to do because this place is stunning!   We were worried for possible rain so we met a bit earlier than we had originally hoped to.  It worked in our favor though because we had this beautiful glow coming from the sky.  The only thing Mother Nature didn’t give us was cooler weather.  I was soaked by the time I made it back to my car… from pure sweat! ha!

Funny little back story,  just last week, Mark asked Amanda to marry him!  The world works in mysterious ways and these two getting engaged makes me all kinds of happy for them!  Mark was apparently the one who wanted to have portraits taken!  He’s a real keeper you guys!  Now knowing what he had up his sleeve, looking back on these and seeing the way he looked at Amanda and how soft and sweet his love for her is.  Its what we all hope to find in life.   But enough ramblings from me, enjoy some of my many many favorites of these two!  Congratulations on your engagement!
