I lied on the sharing two posts in one day thing yesterday and heck, Im sharing this BEAUTIFUL family session a little later than I normally would blog but hey, Im a one woman show so, whatever! You may or may not recognize this beautiful family.  I met Catherine a few years back at her sisters wedding at Sotterly plantation and now she wanted to update her family portraits now that they added their beautiful daugther, Quinn.  I met at their beautiful home in Northern Virginia and we got super lucky.  They were calling for rain so we tempted to race against mother nature.  We won thankfully but it was SUPER muggy outside.  Im not sure how these 4 survived because I was soaked by the end.  Every ounce of clothing on me was wet but these guys were troopers.

Lets also take a second to appreciate Reid because this boy has a smile that will instantly charm you.  So wide and full. And I quickly learned that all you have to do is tell him the exact opposite of what you want him to do and he will do it!  Gotta love the kiddos haha.  Thankful for the invite to their neck of the woods.  You would never guess that these images were taken in their neighborhood, on the side of the road.  Im fairly certain we were on someones property but oh well!  It worked out for us and thats all that matters in the end to me.  I’ll stop my usual rambles and let you enjoy this family.   Be ware of the cute!
