Ohhh this weekend was a winner you guys! This Saturday my family spent some time down in good ole 7D to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ginger and Rhodie, my sisters in-laws. 50 years of hard work and commitment, 6 children and 16 grandchildren later, these guys had a reason to celebrate. We got together a bit earlier before the party started so we could take some time and document their legacy as it is now. These guys needed updated images now that they have younger grandchildren and new marriages. In total, I wrangled 31 people and then we got down to the nitty gritty with each separate family. I’ve know these guys since I was a young, rebellious kid so it was fun getting to see them in a different way, in front of my camera.
You guys are going to MELT the moment you set eyes on Ginger and Rhodies images. I mean, the love these two have is still so evident! You just wait. Ugh. You are going to be obsessed! But anyhoo, after wrangling all of the Quades together, it was party time. Ginger prepared the food herself and if anyone knows Gingers cookin’, it was delicious! I hung out at the photobooth most of the night meeting all of their guests which was a blast and let me tell ya, we got some good ones you guys! I wont be able to share them all but enjoy some of my favorites from Ginger and Rhodies day!
These photobook shots are going to crack you guys up! I love them!
