I think everyone on the east coast knows just how cold it was this past weekend. Brittany and Nick had to reschedule their wedding and considering that these two pulled off a wedding in just two weeks, lordy was it pretty. Even though it was 18 degrees with a windchill of about -4, these guys trekked through the wind and snow and exchanged their vows in front of their family and friends at the Smithfield United Methodist Church right here in Southern Maryland. One of Brittanys best friends, and bridesmaid, was able to snag her families church so that these two were able to have their big day. What a friend! She was also super helpful because I am short and needed some help reaching Brittanys dress. You’re the real mvp Lauren!
Speaking of bridal parties, these guys are all TROOPERS! I mean seriously! It was frigid and they were down for all of the portraits being outside. I mean, they probably weren’t thrilled but they did it anyway and no one complained to me! So thankful for them because we were able to capture some beautiful portraits for Nick and Brittany! Plus, they were super fun! Wait until you see some of the getting ready photos! I spent the evening not only taking photos with these folks, but hanging out with everyone and having good conversation! Brittany and Nick are surrounded by some incredible people! I have a lot of favorites from their day so enjoy them all! Love these two!
