Last week in New England was everything I needed.  The fall colors are unreal!  I thought Maryland had a good fall but we don’t even come close the amount of lush color that lies up north!  We awoke in Newport Rhode Island and planned on making a few quick stops on our way up the coast to Portland, Maine!  I had a hot date with two newly engaged people for a fun little engagement celebration on the water!   We planned to meet just before sunset but of course, Maine threw some of that beautiful foggy coastal weather at us.  I was eating it up though because, its my fav!

Last time I was in Maine, I stopped at Two Lights state park just outside of Portland in Cape Elizabeth and it was the prettiest park EVER! I mean, when you think Maine you think of that beautiful rocky coastline!  This park had the fall colors and that infamous coast line so it was a two for oner!  I was pretty sad when I first visited, I saw a photographer with a couple shooting there and I was EXTRA jealous!  So it was a no brainer that I had these two meet me here.  Fun little fact besides Roddy + Audra getting engaged just the week before… they’re both new to the east coast!  These two were once desert dwellers out in the beautiful and sunny Phoenix, Arizona area! Its funny because we both were in agreement that where we want to be is actually the Pacific Northwest because, let me be honest here, its the best place ever!  Somehow we found ourselves on the opposite side of the country in the “other” Portland!

These two were the easiest folks to photograph!  So giggly and playful together!  Their cuteness and that foggy. rocky goodness in the background made for a new all time favorite!  I wish I had more time to hang out with these two but it just gives me even more of a reason to head back to Maine asap!  Heres to my many favorites!

Of course I had to whip the drone out for a shot or two on the rocks!  Duh!
